Pond and Garden construction and maintenance assistant / trainee

Clarity Aquatics & Landscapes- we are a pond and water garden company based in Conwy, N.Wales. We specialise in pond and garden landscaping and maintenance.

We are looking for:

• A person to join our small team.

• An active, practical person who enjoys working outdoors come rain or shine.

• Local to the Conwy area as this is our base.

• Someone who is keen to learn new skills and become a key member of our team.

Job Role:

• 50% of the work is pond maintenance which involves cleaning garden ponds, pumps, filters and maintain pond planting.

• 50% of the role is pond and garden construction.

​

Essential skills:

• Practical & hardworking

• Organised & punctual

• Work as part of a team

​

Desirable skills (not essential as training will be given)

• Landscaping experience / skills

• Knowledge of water gardening & plants

• Garden maintenance experience

• Driving licence.

Hours / Pay

• Good rate of pay depending on skill level

• 3 days per week contracted, plus additional hours in peak season (March – November).
